Welcome! I’m Gayle. Because the transformational work I do with clients requires me to know their deep inner world, I believe it’s important for you to know me too.

I’ve been on the front line of providing support for decades starting as a hairdresser and later as a doctor of human sexuality (the biological, sociological, anthropological and psychological study of human behavior). With my extensive studies into what makes people tick, coupled with my intuitive wisdom and lived experiences, I have sound knowledge and a big compassionate heart that I bring to my work and life.
I have the word Believe tattooed within a heart. This is what I believe—heart and soul.
We are all worthy of living freely in the highest expression of our authenticity.
Intimacy in all its beautiful forms has the power to transform our lives and the world.
The universe is benevolent and always ready to co-create when we bring pure intention.
All genders and orientations have the right to sovereignty over their bodies and desires.
Sexy is the inner holistic embodiment and radiance of our united body, mind, heart, spirit and soul.

Support: Genuinely being there for others (and seeking support for myself) in whatever form is needed to navigate challenges and rise up better than before.

Inner Guidance: Sure, my ego wins at times, but my soul always has my back.

Personal Growth: I’m proud of who I’ve become and excited to take it further.
My commitment to what I believe, value and prioritize gives my life depth, greater purpose, joy and fulfillment.
For many years I felt insecure, sabotaging the very things I desired by either acting out from a place of anger or withdrawing into anxiety and depression. It took patience, consistency and support to heal.
Fears still surface but I’ve learned they are usually nothing more than resistance trying to keep me in the safety zone of comfort. Now I lean in and choose to grow, evolve and expand.
It took a while for me to own and celebrate all of who I am and what I love most about my work is helping clients intimately create the highest and best for themselves.
